While Lake Havasu is the permanent home of nearly 55,000 people it is no secret that to the tens of thousands of tourist that visit each year this is a vacation destination. We have all gone on vacations in our lives during which we became dehydrated for one reason or another. So as I tried to come up with something clever that fit the uniqueness of Lake Havasu and the power of recovery with IV infusion therapy, Destination Hydration was born!
I have been a nurse since 2011
I have lived in Lake Havasu since 1986 (born and raised!)
As the owner of Destination Hydration, I love that I can combine my experience and passion to truly help people feel better!
FUN FACT! Before I went into medicine I actually was an interior designer. Now I just put my decorating skills to use decorating my medical offices!
I love meeting people and making them feel better where they are comfortable in their homes. I love the teaching to help people understand how their body function and see the positive results after they receive an infusion. I also like the autonomy that we have.
I joined the Destination Hydration team where we can help people be their best after getting hydrated and receiving injections. It has been a great way for me to meet all kinds of people and provided a service that is so well needed here in Lake Havasu City. Give us a call and I would be happy to get you feeling your best.
I love the ocean!
WHERE DO I BEGIN?? I ADORE THIS JOB!
I was a member of the Havasu Hit Girls Roller Derby League as a pivot and a blocker.
I started right after high school working on my prerequisites for a nursing degree. After several career changes I received my associates degree in Liberal Arts. Realizing I still had a passion for helping people, I applied at Mohave Community College for the nursing program. I started nursing school in January of 2017. After two long years I graduated nursing school in December 2018 and became a nurse in March 2019.
I am a Havasu original, born, raised and decided to stay! Nothing beats running around in flip-flops all year long! For me, this is my home.
I became a nurse to make a difference in my community. I love that Destination Hydration comes to “you” in the comfort of your “own home”. I personally have seen what a difference IV infusions and injections have made in people’s lives. I believe wholeheartedly that we are truly making a difference in our community. Locally owned and community based is why I like working for Destination Hydration.
I absolutely love to travel. From climbing the Dunn’s River Waterfall in Jamaica, to watching the Macy’s Day Parade live in New York, my goal in life is to see all that there is to see, in the meanwhile, helping out and volunteering as I go.
